How to use?
  • Before using the menstrual cup, clean your hands well.
  • Sterilize the Cup before first insertion.
  • Advice for inserting the cup: try various positions such as sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing, to be able to choose which one is most suitable for you.
  • To facilitate insertion, it is possible to moisten the Cup with water or lubricating gel, if necessary.
  • Grab the Cup with your fingers and press.
  • Then fold the Cup lengthwise in half with the fingers of the other hand.
  • Insert the Insert Cup into the vagina obliquely, towards the back.
  • The correct position of the cup is under the pads. Upon insertion into the vagina, release your fingers and allow the Cup to fully open and adhere to the vaginal wall.
  • You can disinfect it before and after using it.
Dimensions:
  • Size S is suitable for Normal flow.
  • Size L is suitable for abundant flow.
