Do I have to register on the site to buy?
It is not necessary to register on the site. Shop Low Cost gives you the opportunity to do a quick shopping.

Will I receive a confirmation email after making the payment?
Yes. After a successful payment, you will be sent an email confirming your payment. You will also receive a second email informing you that your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I make changes after I have paid?
We are very fast in processing orders. Normally the order is shipped within 48 hours. We will try our best to accommodate you. But if the package has already been shipped we will not be able to make any changes.

How can I check/trace my order?
The tracking number is NOT sent by email ! About 15 days after placing your order, you will receive an email informing you that the tracking number for tracking the delivery of your package is available directly in your account . All you have to do is log into your account and access your orders section.
NOTE : if you have done a quick shopping, in order to access information on your purchase and consult the shipment number to track your package, you will first need to create an account. If you are having difficulty doing this please contact us at info@shoplowcost.co.uk

How can I ensure a correct fit of the garment?
The size chart is available for each garment. To support you in choosing the size where necessary we share comments and advice on the fit of the garments. However, we recommend buying one size up as the garments have little fit compared to European standards . You can find more information on choosing sizes in the appropriate Size Guide section .
