Shipping & Deliveries

How much do shipping costs cost?
We ask for a contribution of €3 for shipping costs which are free for orders over €50

How long will it take for my order to be shipped from the warehouse?
All orders are managed by the warehouse and taken over by the couriers within 48 working hours of receiving the order confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, if you change your mind, and taken over by the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

Where are our warehouses?
We are present on the market and constantly looking for new things to offer you. At the moment the goods are MADE IN: United States, Singapore, Holland, Russia, PRC and India depending on the item purchased.

How do I know where my package is?

You will be provided with a tracking number. A shipping number for each item purchased. The shipping code is NOT sent by email. You will find the shipping code directly in your account. It will always be available under your account for consultation. As soon as the shipping code is available, Shop Low Cost will send you an email to inform you that the shipping number has been registered in your account.

I purchased more than one item but only received one. How come?
It could be that items from the same order leave from different warehouses. In this case you may receive one or more shipments. Each shipment corresponds to a shipping number so you will always be able to monitor your deliveries.

In how many days will I receive my purchase at home?
We know you can't wait to receive your new purchase! And we can't wait to see you wear it! However, we ask you to wait a maximum of 48 hours for your order to be shipped, as each order is prepared by hand by a member of our team and undergoes a quality control. Then it is prepared and packaged to be shipped. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email. The package is delivered directly to your home in approximately 15/20 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances.

What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery? If you are not at home to accept delivery of your order, the courier will leave you a notice of attempted delivery. Keep the coupon and go to the post office indicated on the postcard that the courier left you. We remind you that parcels must be collected no later than 10 days from the date shown on the attempted delivery card left by the post office. If the package is not collected within these deadlines, it will be returned to the sender without further communication. Shop Low Cost is not responsible if the package is returned to the warehouse due to failure by the customer to collect it. If the customer decides to request the return of the item, Shop Low Cost will ask for a shipping fee of €10 per item. If, however, the customer opts for a refund, Shop Low Cost will refund the amount minus 10 euros due for management costs. Shop Low Cost reminds you that the shipping code is very important not only to follow and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to check if the package is put into storage.

If I don't receive the package within the agreed time, what should I do?
Has it been 45 working days and you still haven't received your purchase? Let's hope this isn't the case!! ..but if this happens please email us at info@shoplowcost.co.uk and make sure you include your first/surname & order number. In the subject of the email specify "Order Not Received" and we will try to do our best to help you. In the rare cases in which packages are lost, we will immediately refund the entire amount you spent or we will look for the best solution for you together.

Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT on the products purchased?
It could happen that, once it reaches its destination, the package is subject to customs checks or the payment of VAT. In these cases, which are very rare, there may be additional costs which will be borne by the buyer. But you'll see that everything will be fine! After years of experience we know how to do our job well.

** Additional notes: Shipping times are estimated times. This means that Shop Low Cost is not responsible if there are delays due to force majeure. For example: technical problems, delays due to couriers managing shipping/sorting, holidays (e.g. Chinese New Year), weather conditions, lockdown, etc.

*** We inform you that in the months of January and February, due to the Chinese New Year, all deliveries may be delayed by approximately 20/25 additional working days, which cannot be foreseen at the time of purchase.
