Exchanges and Returns
Shop Low Cost accepts returns (only for non-compliant / defective goods) or size changes no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. otherwise agreed in writing by Shop Low Cost, except that the garment is non-compliant / defective.
In the event that the garment is non-compliant / defective, the costs will be borne by Shop Low Cost. For multiple orders Shop Low Cost could provide one or more addresses depending on whether the garments received come from the same supplier or from different suppliers. Shop Low Cost makes refunds for the entire purchase amount only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are not compliant / defective. Shop Low Cost will ask the customer to send by email photos of the garment received highlighting its defect / non-conformity.
“it is not to my liking”, “I do not like”, “It smells bad”, “color slightly different from the photo”Etc. are not evidence deemed sufficient for the refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations.
Shop Low Cost will in any case evaluate case by case, and will decide from time to time whether to give the customer the opportunity to return the garment, at his own expense, to the address of origin of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by Shop Low Cost, and consent to the '' issue of a credit for the same amount as the purchase, offering the possibility of exchanging goods.
Both for the return and for the change of size, the garment must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes the original packaging / case and label, they must not be washed, worn, free of odors / perfumes or damaged in any way. The items must be suitably packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected, Shop Low Cost reserves the right not to accept any return / request for size change.Both returns and size changes take about 60 days from the date of receipt of the order
Shop Low Cost accepts returns and size changes of bikinis and underwear.
How do i return an item?
1 - Contact our customer service a firstname.lastname@example.org for your return
2 - Our customer service will contact you to solve the problem as soon as possible
3- You will be provided with a return address
4- You will be contacted again by our customer service as soon as the package is received to find the best solution together
5- It normally takes 20 to 30 days to receive your return in the warehouse of origin of the goods.
